Unity in Design: Kreeva’s ₹400 Crore Bet on Multi-Gen Housing

Kreeva has entered into a joint venture to develop a multi-generational housing project in Gurugram along the Southern Peripheral Road.

The project will span around three acres, with a built-up area of დაახლოებით 5.5 lakh sq. ft., and an estimated investment of ₹350–400 crore. It is expected to include nearly 200 residential units, featuring a dedicated segment for senior living.

Designed to meet the growing demand for multi-generational housing, the development will enable families to live together while maintaining independent lifestyles. It reflects a broader shift in India’s residential market toward integrated living spaces that emphasize community, wellness, and personal autonomy.

The location offers strong connectivity, proximity to key business hubs, and expanding social infrastructure, positioning it as an emerging residential micro-market.

Overall, the project underscores the rising importance of senior living and multi-generational housing as a distinct segment, driven by evolving family structures and lifestyle preferences in urban India.
